Shipping Policy

For Fresh Durian (During Season)

Penang Island Area

Place your order before 1pm. We will deliver to you same day between 3pm to 10pm.

Otherwise, it will be next day delivery between 7pm to 10pm.

​

Butterworth and Bukit Mertajam Area

Place your order before 3pm, we will deliver to you same day between 4pm to 10pm.

Otherwise, it will be next day delivery between 4pm to 10pm.

Kuala Lumpur 

We will Deliver to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area twice a week 

Place your order before 1 day before our delivery date, we will deliver to you on the coming delivery date. Otherwise, it will be arrange at the next delivery date

Please note that delivery timing may be subjected to durian availability and traffic condition.

 

Off Season (Frozen Items)

 

Please check delivery timing with us at  Whatsapp 017-4012091 to enquire.

Return & Exchange Policy

Though we strive to offer you the best quality durians, occasionally we may miss. 

If the durians are found to have the following problems:

  • Unripe

  • Sour

  • Worm-infested

​

Let us know. A coupon code may be offered as a compensation to offset future purchases. 

​

Having said that, we hope you'll help us by exercising fair judgement and only make reasonable claims. After all, durians are natural fruits and quality does varies.  

​

While we endeavour to offer you the best durians from Mother Nature, we seek your understanding that we are unable to acommodate any exchanges for the following issues:

  • Seed size

  • Taste profile (ie: not sweet enough, not bitter enough)
